Cinemiso is a company that focuses on high quality crime series for cinema and TV. Cinemiso is currently producing 6 new Varg Veum-films. Principal photography is scheduled for September 2009.

Cinemiso is owned by Miso Film in Denmark, represented by the producers Peter Bose og Jonas Allen, and by Cinenord in Norway represented by the producers Tanya Badendyck and Silje Hopland Eik. The DanishNorwegian co-operation started in 2005 when Miso Film co-produced Trigger. This was the beginning of a strong collaboration, and Miso Film and Cinenord have recently co-produced the Danish thriller Kandidaten. 

 CONGRATULATIONS "VARG VEUM: FALLEN ANGELS"

The second feature film in the VARG VEUM series, FALLEN ANGELS, won two of the most prestigious prizes at the Norwegian Film Festival in Haugesund. Trond Espen Seim was awarded as best male actor for his role as VARG VEUM, and Siv Rajendram Eliassen and Thomas Moldestad were awarded for best screenplay for FALLEN ANGELS.

The two awards was the result of six nominations in various categories (in addition: best directing, best photo, best supporting male & female actor).

Cinenord congratulates the team behind the six first VARG VEUM films, and we are excited to work with the new films, that will be produced by Cinemiso.
